Starter note: this is half an hour later than what I originally promised because Wattpad is stupid and wouldn't let me upload at ALL. I'm so sorry. Back to the form chapter!

Before we get started: this is, although not strictly K-Pop related, still a survival show. Your OCs are there to grow as individuals, whether voluntarily or not, so don't be afraid to make them flawed — especially at the beginning. They'll have plenty of chances to improve and show the best sides of themselves as well... If they don't get eliminated first, that is!

This being said, the form is on Google Forms, which I feel like makes things easier as it takes the whole aesthetics part away and should make the process shorter! Fear not: your e-mail won't be visible, unlike in Google Docs, and you will be sent a PDF copy of your form once submissions are closed.

▎‍‍ 3/5 ﹕ proficient, not exactly fluent but can hold a conversation well enough and improvise where they don't know how to express themselves correctly;
▎‍‍ 2/5 ﹕ a bit better than basic level but can only entertain simpler conversations, might struggle to keep up in the long run;
▎‍‍ 1/5 ﹕ "hi konnichiwa ni hao [...] sorry for my english". (extremely basic)

The song you choose will be your OC's addition to the official On the Road Travel Playlist, so it'd be great (although not compulsory) for it to be travel or holiday related! Please, ask in advance before using a K-Pop song from 3rd to 5th generation.
